Some Blog Owners Seeing bX-1tj3ze When Loading The Dashboard

We've seen a few reports today, in Blogger Help Forum: Something Is Broken, from blog owners who can't login, or load their dashboard.
What does bX-1tj3ze mean?

If you're affected by this, you will likely see it
  • Immediately after you login, or when trying to load your dashboard display.
  • When using any browser.
  • When using the Classic Blogger GUI.
  • When loading the dashboard (maybe, when clicking on the orange "B" logo).

If you know what specific blog, and what specific Blogger wizard you need to use, you can bypass this fairly easily. You just won't be able to use the dashboard blog list, and the buttons and links.

If you know the URL of your blog, and your blog has the navbar, just login to Blogger, and ignore the bX display. Simply load your blog in your browser, click on the "New Post" or "Design" link, and find the right tab from there.

Just don't click on the orange "B" logo, and you'll be fine.

(Update 2011/08/17): The problem appears to be fixed. I am able to access my dashboard, once again.

What's causing the problem? Is it because of the old editor? Any way to fix this without the workaround?

Hi Nitecruzr -

I'm answering you here, as the forum discussion is now closed. I saw a few different bX codes during the past few weeks, the bX-1tj3ze you mentioned and bX-3ulk04, as well as all of the previous bX codes noteed in our discussions.

Stats Components Are Significant, In Their Own Context

One popular Stats related accessory, which displays pageview information to the public, is the "Popular Posts" gadget.

Popular Posts identifies from 1 to 10 of the most popular posts in the blog, by comparing Stats pageview counts. Optional parts of the display of each post are a snippet of text, and an ever popular thumbnail photo.

Like many Stats features, blog owners have found imaginative uses for "Popular Posts" - and overlook the limitations of the gadget. Both the dynamic nature of Stats, and the timing of the various pageview count recalculations, create confusion, when Popular Posts is examined.

Help! I Can't See My Blog!

I just posted to my blog, so I know that it's there. I can tell others are looking at it. But I can't see it.

Well, the good news is you don't have a blog hijack or other calamity. Your blog is not gone.

Apparently, some ISPs are blocking *.blogspot.com, or maybe have network configuration or infrastructure problems. You can access Blogger.com or you can access Blogspot.com, but you can't access nitecruzr.blogspot.com, or bloggerstatusforreal.blogspot.com.

You can't access them directly, that is. If you can access any free, anonymous proxy servers, though, you may be able to access your blog.

Note: You can use PKBlogs with the URL pre packaged. Here is the address of this post (with gratuitous line breaks to prevent the old post sidebar alignment problem):
http://www.pkblogs.com/bloggerstatusforreal.blogspot.com/

And an additional URL, to provide to those suffering from this problem, would be the WordPress version of this post:

What's The URL Of My Blog?

We see the plea for help, periodicallyI need the URL of my blog, so I can give it to my friends. Help!Who's buried in Grant's Tomb, after all?No Chuck, be polite.OK, OK. The title of this blog is "The Real Blogger Status", and the title of this post is "What's The URL Of My Blog?".
