Blogger Support responded to the e-mail I sent about the picture uploader. They wanted to know how big the files were, the names of the files, what browser I was using, what mode of composing I was using, etc.
I was encouraged that they would ask such in-depth questions, and I noticed a friend's blog was temporarily down because he was having picture problems as well.
