Now that the Blogger Custom Domain product is maturing, and the bugs are slowly being worked out, the special needs of people not in the USA are becoming visible. Right now, if you have registered "mydomain.com", and setup a proper "CNAME" referral, you'll probably want to use either "www.mydomain.com" and "mydomain.com", interchangeably. All things being equal, you probably can, though some work may be involved.
But what if you registered "mydomain.co.us", or "mydomain.co.uk"? Could you redirect "www.mydomain.co.us" or "www.mydomain.co.uk" as easily? Recently, Blogger Employee provided good news

We do support 2 level TLDs.

Since Saturday afternoon I have been getting an error page with letters (bX-naxmwj) on it.

When I try to comment on this blog and now others on blogger, the comment box displays "Removed Permanently" and has a link which says the document has been moved "here".
When I click on "here", the error page above emerges.
Also, I have noticed for some obscure reason, there is an unsolicited bar at the bottom of the page called "Subha ho ya shaam Pelhel.com".
I cannot get rid of it.
What must I do to get the comment pages back on these blogs?

Both the unsolicited bar at the bottom of the page called "Subha ho ya shaam Pelhel.com", and the comment box displays "Removed Permanently" and has a link which says the document has been moved "here", you get when using PKBlogs as a proxy to BlogSpot.
I'll bet the bX-naxmwj is caused by that too.
