+1 Buttons Are Now Here

A few short weeks ago, we were seeing various anxious posts in Blogger Help Forum: How Do I?, from people wanting the latest Google improvement.
How do I get the +1 button?

Now that it's here (check my Share buttons after each post), some folks have displayed mixed feelings about having this on their blogs.
How do I remove the "+1" icon underneath each blog post?
A few may be worried needlessly.
How do I get rid of it? It displays my GMail address, that I don't want people to see!

If you really want to get rid of it, just disable the Share buttons option, in the "Blog Posts" wizard. But maybe, you're worried needlessly.

Like a long ago confusion about your email address being seen in the navbar, this may be something that only you can see.

I just logged in to my blog, in two different browsers, using two different Blogger accounts. In each browser, I see my email address for that Blogger account, in the +1 popup.
Click here to publicly +1 this as xxxxxxx (xxxxxxx@gmail.com).
The point here is, I see myself, in each browser. If you look at my posts, you'll see yourself.

Check it out, for yourself. +1 this post, and see.

Add A Custom Redirect, If You Change A Post URL

When you rename a blog, the most that you can do, to keep the old URL useful, is to setup a stub post , with a clickable link to the new URL. Yo! The blog is now at xxxxxxx.blogspot.com!! Blogger forbids gateway blogs, and similar blog to blog redirections . When you rename a post, you can setup a custom redirect - and automatically redirect your readers to the post, under its new URL. You should take advantage of this option, if you change a post URL.

Jump Break Is Visible Only In An Index Page

Some blog owners are unsure what a Jump Break looks like, when applied to their blogs. Occasionally, in Blogger Help Forum: Get Help with an Issue , we see the confusion. Where's the Jump Break? or I added a Jump Break to several posts, but it never shows up! When asked for a screen print of what they're seeing, they may provide a image of the post, in the Post Editor Preview window - or possibly, the published post, but in post page view.
